Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng at the talk in Penang Club. Some of the members asked CM for the state's future plan to solve some of the traffic woes face by Penangites.
Am impressed .. :) I believe in making small changes that makes big impact... :) and people love leaders who do take notes on people who other people would trust in their expertise.. :) Jazakallah.. :)
i stumbled into a group of cyclist in Penang and they almost cycle everyday. I really have to say kudos to Penang government for implemented bicycle & trishaw route in Georgetown. If possible, i would like to suggest Penang government to implement bicycle racks in several area in Georgetown. I strongly believe that there will be lots of youngster in Penang will be willing to substitute their transport to bicycle. Thanks.
