So they can set up a city wide blockage with such a massive manpower but they dun have "enuf" man power to arrested those perpetrators of these illegal stickers? Wats our tax money doing all this while?
our tax money is used to pay off this 'service'... we should all be happy that all of tax payers are sooo rich to pay for 'crap services'...
