一个月已过, 说好的真相呢？
我们“伟大”的卫生部长廖中莱，答应了我们，卫生部将成立以卫生部秘书长为首的高层调查委员会展开调查，以调查有关同善医院事件的报告。
但这个委员会的成员是谁和调查范围，至今也没有公开过。
廖中莱曾於7月21日承诺，会在两周之後即8月4日就完成有关同善医院事件的报告，但是事情已过一个月了，真相到底在哪里？？？
我们有各种证据在手，一再证明警方在709举行集会当中，确实是有发射过催泪弹和烟雾弹的！
但是，我们可悲的廖中莱部长，却说是《催泪弹的烟雾被风吹向医院范围》的！
这样如此慌唐的解释，又说要调查有关同善医院事件的报告，
到最后又“放人民飞机”，可见政府根本都没有心要公布事情的真相给人民！
廖中莱部长是在各种证据纷纷被揭示，以及在舆论压力下，才宣布成立以卫生部秘书长为首的高层调查委员会展开调查。
现在，距离廖中莱本身作出的承诺已逾三个星期，他竟然还要人民耐心等待有关调查报告，因为他本身也在耐心等待，就根本就说不过去！
马来西亚人都已经清楚知道，警方部队曾侵犯同善医院范围，为何廖中莱仍要砌词推搪？？？
作为卫生部长的廖中莱 ，他无法保护其管辖医院的利益，而作出公开道歉。

新闻、通讯与文化部长莱士雅丁声称，709净选盟集会的出席者，其实是受既得利益者所雇佣来的人士。他宣称，每一名集会者都获得50令吉，作为身穿黄色T恤出席集会的代价。他续称，除了金钱外，集会者也获得免费的餐食供应

Memoir of 709: Bersih environment - Puduraya conflict 13/8/2011

Under the Federal Constitution, we have the right to gather at anywhere unless it disrupt the public. But the Puduraya guards seem to hold the law on their hand to use excessive force to expel them.
